For upgrading to next heroBot plan you need to go to Billing & Subscription >> Upgrade Subscription and selects a next tier and subscribe to that plan. HeroBot pricing plans is based on limit of total usage for each module during a month.

Herobot paid plans include monthly email and SMS sends up to your subscribers. After reaching your email and SMS limit, you need to subscribe to the next tier plan.
After If you are a hardcore user and need more emails and SMS that included in your plan you can integrate HeroBot with many Email & SMS broadcasting services like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, ActiveCampaign, Mautic and Acelle for Emails and Plivo, Twilio, Nexmo, Planet, Semysms.net, Clickatell, msg91.com, Africastalking.com and Routesms.com for SMS sending services.
